We’re excited to invite you to try Sparkum, our new social media manager, as a beta tester! Joining the beta gives you early access to our features and helps us shape the platform with your feedback.

Getting started only takes a few minutes — here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. On the sign-in page, press Sign Up

Head over to Sparkum’s sign-in page. Instead of entering login details, click Sign Up to begin creating your account.

Sign up with either Email or Google

2. Press Create Team

You’ll be asked to set up a team. This is where you’ll manage your social media accounts and collaborate if needed.

3. Fill in your information

Fill in the information required to create the team.

4. Select the Basic Tier

For beta testing, choose the Basic Tier plan. This ensures you’ll be eligible for the beta promo.

5. Input your promo code

Enter the special promo code we’ve shared with you. This is what unlocks your free beta access. Keep this code to yourself as it is unique and can only be activated once.

6. Ensure the discount is added

Double-check that the discount is applied before moving forward. You should see it reflected in your total.

7. Reporting Bugs

As you use Sparkum you may notice issues with the platform, feel free to report these using the internal bug reporting system, you can input your contact details if you would like to be updated with more information.

8. Continue and enjoy Sparkum 🎉

That’s it! Once you finish, you’ll have access to Sparkum’s beta. From here, you can start connecting your accounts and exploring all the tools we’ve been working on.
