Accepting Team Invitations

Click the invitation link in your email to join a team. If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one first.

Google Authentication

Enable Google authentication during sign up or in account settings. Once connected, you can log in with one click using your Google account.

Team Management

Create multiple teams to manage different clients, brands, or projects. Each team is isolated with its own channels, analytics, and settings. Within teams, organize channels by brands.

How to manage brands

Create a Team

Click "Create Team" in the team selector or setup page. Enter a team name, upload an icon, and select a team color. Teams are separate workspaces with their own data.

Switching Teams

Use the team selector in the header or sidebar. Click the current team name to see all teams you have access to. Sparkum remembers your last viewed team.

Team Settings

Go to Settings > Team to see team name, icon, color, members, and permissions. Owners and admins have full access; members have read-only access.

Managing Members and Roles

Invite members by clicking "Invite Member" and entering their email with a role. Change roles by clicking a member's name and selecting a new role. Remove members by clicking remove next to their name.

Updating Team Information

In Team Settings, edit the team name, upload a new icon, or change the team color. These appear throughout Sparkum when working in that team.

Team Roles

Owners have full control including settings, billing, and member management. Admins can manage channels and members but can't delete the team or remove owners. Members can create posts and view analytics but can't modify team settings or billing.
