Create posts once and publish to multiple platforms simultaneously. Customize content per platform while maintaining shared defaults.

New Post

Click "New Post" in the header or sidebar to open the post creation modal. The interface has three columns: channel selection, media upload, and platform settings.

How do I plan out my posts?

Check the boxes next to channels you want to post to. Channels are organized by brand. Select multiple channels across different platforms. Channels needing reconnection show a warning icon and can't be selected.

Uploading Media

Drag and drop files into the upload area or click to open a file picker. Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG for images, MP4 for videos. File size limits: Instagram Reels up to 300MB, Facebook Page up to 4GB.

Titles & Descriptions

Character limits: Instagram 125 title/2200 description, TikTok 150 title/2200 description. The interface shows character counts as you type.

Guide to crossposting

How it works

Set default content in the "All" tab that applies to all platforms. Switch to platform-specific tabs (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to override content for individual platforms. Each platform receives its customized version when you publish.

The 'All' Tab

Enter title and description in "All" to use the same content across all selected platforms. If you don't customize a platform, it uses "All" content automatically.

Platform Overrides

Switch to platform tabs to customize content for specific platforms. Overrides only affect the selected platform; others use "All" defaults.

Resetting

Click "Reset All to Default" to clear all customizations, or "Set to Default" on individual platform tabs to remove that platform's overrides.

Per-channel settings

Customize settings for individual channels, allowing different Instagram accounts to have different settings even on the same platform.
