Dashboard Pages
Team Management
Create multiple teams to manage different clients, brands, or projects. Each team is isolated with its own channels, analytics, and settings. Within teams, organize channels by brands.
Create a Team
To create a new team:
Click "Create Team" in the team selector or setup page
Enter your team name
Upload a team icon
Select a brand color
Once created, the team becomes its own workspace where members can collaborate and manage channels.
Switching Teams
If you are part of multiple teams, you can easily switch between them.
To switch teams:
Click the team selector in the header or sidebar
Select the team you want to acces
Sparkum will automatically load that team's workspace and remember your last viewed team.
Team Settings
The Team Settings page allows you to configure your workspace.
From here, you can manage:
Team Name
Team Icon
Brand Color
Members
Permissions
Owners and admins have full access to team settings, while members may have limited permissions depending on their role.
Managing Members and Roles
To invite someone to your team:
Open Team Settings
Click Invite Member
Enter the member's email address
Assign a role
Members will receive an invitation to join the team.
You can also update a member’s role or remove them from the team at any time.
Updating Team Information
Team information can be updated anytime through Team Settings.
You can modify:
Team Name
Team Icon
Brand Color
These updates will appear throughout Sparkum whenever you are working within that team.
