Account Setup
Create your Sparkum account, log in, and finish basic profile setup so you can start connecting channels and using the dashboard.
Creating an Account
Create your account using:
Email and Password
Google Sign-In (one click access)
Once registered, you can immediately begin connecting your chhannels.
Logging In
Enter your email and password on the login page
if you signed up using Google, click
Reset Password
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You'll receive password reset instructions via email.
Completing your account
After logging in:
Add your First and Last name
Upload a profile photo (optional)
Update your details anytime in Account Settings
Accepting Team Invitations
Click the invitation link in your email to join a team. If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one first.
Google Authentication
Enable Google authentication during sign up or in account settings. Once connected, you can log in with one click using your Google account.
